Megan Flynn

Megan Flynn of Flynn Law Firm, P.L.C. advocates for victims of workplace discrimination, harassment, and retaliation, and for consistent and fair application of the civil rights laws including the Iowa Civil Rights Act, federal Title VII, and the Americans with Disabilities Act. In addition to practicing as a civil rights attorney, Megan maintains a general practice that includes trial experience in the areas of personal injury, product liability, breach of contract, shareholder disputes, insurance litigation, and professional liability.

Megan studied music at the world-renowned Indiana University-Bloomington Jacobs School of Music, earning her bachelor’s degree in trumpet performance. Megan next moved to Iowa to study law at the University of Iowa College of Law where she graduated in the top ten percent of her law school class. Before joining this firm, Megan practiced with a large, Midwest-based law firm. Megan brings years of complex commercial litigation experience to the firm’s clients and has the background to see cases from both sides.
